OKPlay Terms & Conditions
These terms cover how your OKPlay account works, what you can and can’t do, and how deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses are handled. Read through before you register or place any bets.

Account Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Every OKPlay account is personal and non-transferable. When you register, you’re agreeing to follow these rules for as long as your account is active. Violations can result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or a permanent ban depending on how serious the breach is.
OKPlay reserves the right to review any account at any time. If something looks off, like unusual betting patterns or mismatched personal details, the account may be temporarily frozen while the review is ongoing. This is standard practice under PAGCOR licensing requirements.
One Account Per Person
Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts from the same person, device, or IP address will be flagged and closed. Any balance in duplicate accounts will not be returned.
Age Requirement: 21+
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on OKPlay. This is a PAGCOR requirement, not just an OKPlay rule. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
Accurate Personal Information
The name, mobile number, and ID details you register with must be real and accurate. Your withdrawal name must match your GCash or bank account exactly. Mismatches will hold your cashout.
Account Security Is Your Responsibility
Keep your password and OTP private. OKPlay staff will never ask for these. If you share your credentials and your account gets compromised, OKPlay is not liable for any losses.
Prohibited Actions
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
- Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once
- Colluding with other players in poker or card game lobbies to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine law
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person
What Happens If You Break These Rules
Depending on the severity, OKPlay may issue a warning, suspend the account temporarily, void pending withdrawals, or permanently close the account. For serious violations like fraud or money laundering, OKPlay will report the case to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required under PAGCOR regulations.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Terms
All transactions on OKPlay are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits go through GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or USDT depending on your preference. Withdrawals follow the same channel you used to deposit, so make sure your payment details are set up correctly before you request a cashout.
Deposit Rules
Minimum deposit is ₱50 via GCash or Maya. Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly after confirmation. OKPlay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, only from payment methods registered under your own name.
Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Your registered name must match your GCash or bank account name exactly. Processing takes 3 to 5 minutes on average for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank.
Verification Before Withdrawal
OKPlay may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals. This includes a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. This is a standard KYC requirement under PAGCOR, not something OKPlay does arbitrarily.

Important Bonus Rules
- Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is fully met.
- OKPlay reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or fraud is detected.

Intellectual Property
All content on OKPlay including the logo, game graphics, software, and site design is owned by OKPlay or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.
Game content from third-party providers like JILI, Evolution, and others is covered under their respective licensing agreements. OKPlay is the authorized distributor, not the original developer of those games.
Limitation of Liability
OKPlay is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failure, or third-party payment delays outside our control. If a technical error affects a bet, OKPlay will review the case and may void or re-settle the wager at its discretion.
- OKPlay’s total liability to any player is capped at the amount deposited in the affected session.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials.
- Gambling involves risk. OKPlay does not guarantee winnings on any game or bet.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. OKPlay operates under a license issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be handled under Philippine jurisdiction.
